Tier 1 — Solo / single location
Independent professionals, solo practitioners, and single-location shops.
- One address or service area
- No named team or staff page
- One main service or focus
- No location switcher or multi-location pages
No mystery, no jargon. Your MySiteReview score is built from six things real customers actually care about — and judged against businesses that look like yours, not against giants with full marketing teams.
A solo therapist shouldn't be graded against a 30-person dental group. So before we score anything, we sort your business into one of three tiers based on what's visible on the page. Each tier has its own ceiling — that's the score a perfect page at your size could realistically earn.
Independent professionals, solo practitioners, and single-location shops.
Practices, studios, and shops with a small team or a few services.
Multi-location businesses, online shops, or membership-based brands.
If your business sits between two tiers, we look for two clear signals before moving you up. Things like a team page with named staff, a second location, or an active online shop. A blog and a services dropdown alone don't change your tier. When it's genuinely unclear, we classify you in the lower tier — it's fairer to you and more accurate.
Each category is worth a set number of points. Some only apply if you're a Tier 2 or Tier 3 business — for example, we won't ding a one-person shop for not having individual location pages.
Can the right customers find you on Google?
Does this page work for the visitor on a phone?
When someone lands on this page, do they trust you and know what to do?
Can a stranger figure out what you do in five seconds?
Will this page load before the visitor gives up?
Can everyone use this page, including people with disabilities?
Your final score is the sum of every category, out of your tier ceiling. We then show you which band you're in — not against the whole internet, but against businesses that look like yours.
